Ryan's Sweet Maple

Ryan's Sweet Maple is a family-run maple syrup producer in Sarnia-Lambton that makes 100% pure maple syrup, maple butter, and maple candies under the motto 'From Tree To Table.' The operation uses modern equipment, operates over 3,300 taps and averages about 6,000 litres of syrup per year, offers weekend tours and syrup-making demonstrations during the maple season from mid-February to the end of March, hosts community events such as pancake breakfasts and wagon rides, sells specialty bottled favors with bulk-order options, and maintains one of Ontario's largest collections of maple artifacts.
