Lambton Elderly Outreach
Lambton Elderly Outreach (LEO) is a Sarnia, Ontario non-profit that helps seniors and adults with disabilities live independently and stay connected through services such as safe transportation to medical appointments and shopping, Meals on Wheels, Friendly Visiting, home support (PSWs and home helpers), respite, social programs (Diner's Club, Forever FIT), and volunteer-led initiatives; LEO partners with local donors and organizations (United Way, Tim Hortons, Enbridge, Charitable Gaming) to fund programs and runs seasonal campaigns like the Holiday Client Gift Campaign.
